At River Babe Threads, we want you to love every piece you order, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for store credit or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
